I'm a big tech geek that likes to learn, play with different technologies, build things, and help others. I have worked in the physical security field for 24-plus years starting in the service side and now in the systems side. I enjoy helping others and finding solutions to problems. Because of that I naturally flow towards being a mentor and the go-to person for others when they encounter obstacles or need guidance. I’m a strong believer in leading by example, teaching others so they can succeed, and using technology to automate processes to make processes more efficient, less error-prone, and allowing the team to focus on innovating.
