I am a technical, security-minded, creative, and dedicated individual that excels at developing, improving, and maintaining security systems as well as finding solutions to both technical and procedural shortcomings.

I have 24-plus years of experience in the physical security field with 13 years in the service sector and 11 years in the systems engineering sector. My experience in the security service field gives me a valuable perspective on approaching security systems design and management as I understand the requirements and needs of the end user. While my passion for technology, knowledge, and experience with PACS, VMS, networking, computer systems, and cyber security allows me to understand, design, and manage advanced security systems and solutions.

I enjoy helping others and finding solutions to obstacles. Because of that I naturally flow towards being a mentor and the go-to person for others when they encounter obstacles or need guidance. I’m a strong believer in leading by example, teaching others so they can succeed, and using technology to automate processes to make processes more efficient, less error-prone, and allowing the team to focus on innovating.
